Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Desi Chicken Farms, we aim to provide our customers with a satisfying shopping experience. Below are our guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds:
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation requests will be accepted only if made within 2 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be honored if orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
- Please note that we do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, if the delivered product's quality is found to be unsatisfactory, we may consider a refund or replacement.
Refund Policy:
- If you receive damaged or defective items, kindly report the issue to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the products. Refunds will be processed after the merchant has verified and confirmed the issue.
- If the received product differs from what was displayed on the site or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt. Our team will investigate your complaint and take appropriate action.
- For products covered under manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer for assistance with refunds or replacements.
- In the event that a refund is approved by Desi Chicken Farms, please allow 1-2 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
